For your Dining Train offerings you can include a sample menu for information or, if your patrons are required to choose their menu prior to the event they can do this while booking. We setup all the menus for you on the system and you can run a report anytime you need showing the number of bookings for each service and the chosen menu for each diner and summary totals for each course to give to the chefs.

In addition you can also pre-sell wine, gifts or even a rose for the table.

If you run events which require specific seats to be allocated such as Santa Specials or Dining, you probably have an eloborate paper-based system or perhaps a spreadsheet to do the job. This is extremely time-consuming and laborious for the poor soul(s) tasked with it.

Now you can let your customers book tickets for these events online and use our powerful administration system to see which bookings require seats allocating and then do so quickly and easily. Seat allocations are then printed onto the tickets.

We provide a managed service, creating all your events for you on the system.

This is based on our belief that you need to concentrate on running the events and services and keeping the customers happy. All we need are the dates, services running per day, ticket types and prices and any other special considerations and we’ll set them up ready to go.

This doesn’t mean that we can’t add features afterwards of course such as promotions or conditions, plus you can change any text or images on the event page yourself any time you want.
